Welcome to Abundant Earth Collective, where passion, perseverance, and purpose intersect. I’m Lilia Margarita, a first-generation immigrant from Tijuana and the youngest of six siblings.

This woman-owned small business is a celebration and tribute to the courage and resilience of migrant families who strive for a better future. who live life with intention I hope my journey story inspires you to find your purpose and pursue it with passion. Follow your dreams, as unconventional as they may be. 

Abundant Earth Collective began with a dream to blend my love for nature’s beauty with my family’s legacy of hard work and craftsmanship. 

In April 2019 Abundant Earth Collective was born; Along with my friend Luci, we took our jewelry brands to different venues from breweries, to farmers markets, eventually landing our first festival in June of that year.

In 2020, I began uncovering precious gems in the San Diego mountains as a hobby. When I had more gems than I could display I began teaching myself the skill of copper electroforming. Soon I was transforming the raw gems and minerals into unique rings and pendants, finding my signature style.

The next few years I had the honor to participate at larger events in both San Diego and Riverside counties as I began creating this website in order to sell online more efficiently. 

In 2022 I displayed and sold my jewelry at The Fallbrook Avocado Festival, which brings in over 90,000 attendees to the small village town of Fallbrook California. It continues to be my favorite event because I grew up coming to this festival with my family since early childhood and they were very happy and proud to see my booth and support my small business. 

In 2023 Abundant Earth went into a state of hibernation as I began preparations to move out to Maui with my fiance and our five pets. Finding the courage to start anew was the biggest challenge. Moving from California to Maui meant leaving behind all my business supplies and connections that I built over the years. With only my fiancé by my side in a new place, it was a daunting leap. Yet, this transition has fueled my passion and creativity even further.

The hibernation recently ended when I gathered enough supplies to start anew this summer 2024. I've slowly begun building up my inventory while I apply to local markets in my new hometown. 

This new phase brings along new inspiration.

While staying true to my electroformed and wire-wrapped designs, I've expanded my craft to include hand-selected pearls and carved shell beads from Maui, Hawaii. Each piece reflects my dedication to transformation and my deep connection to nature and heritage.

Stepping away from in person and online sales for over a year and a half made me realize that life without creativity is not life at all. 

Abundant Earth Collective is not just about jewelry; it’s a way to honor and celebrate generational sacrifices that have been made so I could be here today, sharing my creations with you. 

My designs, crafted in versatile neutral tones, are meant to be worn with comfort and confidence in any setting—from the beach to the office, a brunch with friends, or a night out.

Every handcrafted piece is one of a kind, made with love, respect, and passion.
